Who is Jesus, Really? A 7-Part Journey to The Radical Nature of Grace: Part 4
You may have heard of Him.
You may have been taught about Him.
You may have even sung about Him at Christmas or Easter.
But knowing about Jesus is not the same as knowing Him.
For many women, Christianity has been handed down in fragments, a verse here, a sermon there, maybe even a painful encounter with a church that seemed more interested in control than compassion. And yet, maybe a bit like me - deep down inside you, something whispers: What if I’ve never actually met the real Jesus?
Let me give you the 4th key part of this based on some of my studies and revelations that can change how you see Him forever. I'm not here to give you clichés. I want you to meet Jesus as He really is; more like a Eastern Master whose words still rearrange the human heart, the only Teacher whose free gift is grace, and the only God who calls women into a destiny equal in value and dignity to men.
Why the Cross?
When Matter Meets Antimatter
If Jesus were only a wise teacher or enlightened man, the Cross would make no sense.
But if He is who He claimed to be; the Son of God, the Lamb without blemish... then His death is the most decisive moment in the history of the universe.
“Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world.” ~John 1:29
“God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.” ~2 Corinthians 5:21
The Cosmic Exchange
Like we just discussed, in karmic terms, every human life carries a weight: the residue of choices that tip the scales out of alignment with divine law. That debt is real. It echoes.
Jesus’ life was different. His scales were perfectly balanced. As one who knew no sin, He lived in flawless alignment with the will of God, never once stepping outside the path of divine love. In Him, there was no karmic debt at all.
At the Cross, something impossible happened. Because he freely sacrificed his perfect life, the full weight of humanity’s imbalance; every act of selfishness, injustice, cruelty, and neglect, was transferred to Him. The blameless One bore the consequence for all.
And deleted it.
It was as if matter met antimatter: the sum of human brokenness colliding with the infinite righteousness of God. In that instant, the law of spiritual cause-and-effect was fulfilled and then broken forever for those who believe. Death itself was absorbed and undone.
For three days, while His body lay in the tomb, Jesus stepped beyond the veil of this life. He carried His victory into even the realm of the dead, proclaiming freedom to those who had already gone before. And when He rose, the final barrier fell.
This is why the Cross is not about guilt. It is about freedom. It is the doorway into a life where your worth is no longer measured by your failures, but by His finished work.
What if you truly believed the Cross cancelled your debt, how might your life look different?
Blessed is the one who sees the Cross not as an ending, but as the beginning of freedom. She walks in the light of a debt erased, a death defeated, and a life without end.
