The Radical Nature of GRACE
Every religion has rules. Every philosophy has a path.
Christianity alone offers this: unearned, unconditional grace.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” ~John 3:16
“It is finished.” ~John 19:30
When Karma Meets the Cross
Think of the way karma is often explained; every action adds weight to the scales of your life. Choices aligned with divine law bring balance. Choices centered on self tip the scales toward debt.
By the time we are old enough to understand the difference between right and wrong, every human being has already tipped the scales. We all have moments where we chose self over God, and that debt - in karmic terms - should follow us.
But here is where grace becomes radical.
Jesus lived a pure and blameless life, perfectly aligned with divine law. His scales were in perfect balance: weightless before God and the entirety of the Universe. Yet He chose to take our unbalanced scales onto Himself. On the Cross, it was as if the total karmic debt of humanity was placed upon Him, and in that moment, He broke the law of cause-and-effect forever.... for those who believe.
Grace does not just reduce your debt; it wipes the record clean. You are no longer under the constant cycle of earning and repaying. You live free because the Son has made you free.
We don’t climb to God - He comes to us. And when you accept His gift, you stop living under the law of spiritual debt and start living in the overflow of spiritual freedom.
